Daniel has a long standing relationship with many producers in northern Tasmania. Our fruit and vegetables change regularly with the seasons so we are able to provide you with the freshest, highest quality ingredients.

Our approach when choosing what to put in Dan’s kitchen fridge is to ensure it is of the very best quality and that we know as much as we can about the people who produce them. We love to stock a wide variety of sustainably grown local meats, poultry, and seafood which we have prepared for you in a variety of options including our ever-changing exciting marinades.

We stock a variety of local wines and beers from wineries and brewers from all over Tasmania. We stock a selection of lesser-known wineries, to highlight the amazing depth of Tasmania’s wine industry… And with craft beer ever-growing in popularity, it would be rude not to stock a few!

We stock local artisan bread, baked daily from local suppliers such as Sandy’s, Garwoods Bakery, and Bread & Butter- our range caters for all. You will also find a selection of shelf-stable and gluten-free bread options.

Here at Alps & Amici we are proud entertainers, and what better way to impress your family and friends than with some amazing cheese! We stock local artisan cheeses and have a great range of international options. Our range covers a vast array of cheeses including raw and hard-to-find alternatives.
deli
Salamis, prosciutto, cacciatore and chorizo are just the beginning of our charcuterie. Our deli also stocks house-made terrines including a salmon and farmhouse option. Our meats are sliced to order, ensuring you get only the freshest quality.
The remainder of our deli is stocked with the ideal antipasto platter ingredients: pesto, semi-dried tomatoes, fresh sardines, and who could go past green Sicilian olives? The chefs in our kitchen also stock the deli with mouth-watering marinated vegetables which add great flavour and colour to any platter!
sweets & treats
Our sweets fridge is always full of mouth-watering options. Our talented pastry chef, Kul, creates amazing treats including cheesecakes, chocolate raspberry cupcakes, and an ever-changing display of seasonal homemade cakes & sweets. In addition to our house-baked goods, we stock a vegan range from Sweet Nectar Desserts and have several gluten/nut-free options available, including the ever-popular Butterbing cookie sandwiches. You can order whole cakes with 48 hours’ notice by filling out the order form attached and either emailing, faxing, or bringing it to us.
